Delete your account

You can delete your account in the app. Open your profile, tap Settings, then Delete account, and confirm with your password.

If you cannot use the app, write to info@popaz.eu from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it, without sending your password.

Your account, profile, content, and files are deleted immediately, except for data kept for a moderation case, which remains for 12 months after the case closes. Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 14 days.

Delete only some data

You can delete some data without closing your account. In the app you can delete your boxes, capsules, comments, chalkboards, and showcases, remove reposts, favorites, and follows, and edit your profile information.

For other data, such as your activity in the app, write to info@popaz.eu from the email address of your account and say which data you want deleted, without sending your password.
